Located on the Robert Stein vineyard and winery, the Pipeclay Pumphouse was opened in October 2013. With Pipeclay Pumphouse came a new type of restaurant for Mudgee, one where the majority of produce is home grown or locally sourced and prepared with a fine touch in a relaxed atmosphere.
The Pipeclay Produce continues their paddock to plate philosophy, where locally grown, free range old world pigs graze happily in the pastures surrounding the Robert Stein Vineyard and Winery.
The Pipeclay Pumphouse products include prosciutto, pancetta, coppa, truffled salami, caper salami, sopressa salami, lombo salami.
