This Cider & Wine tour takes you to the picturesque Bilpin region where you will discover and taste 100% Australian apple ciders. Taste ciders that are also 100% grown and produced in The Blue Mountains. Discover ciders at Hillbilly ciders and Bilpin ciders.
Hillbilly ciders do not add sugar, they do not pasteurise and they do not add artificial flavours. Hillbilly ciders are all about keeping it real – 100% crushed fruit fermented with minimal intervention. Natural C02 produced during fermentation makes for an easy bohemian bubble.
Bilpin Cider creates pure, fresh apple and pear cider – no added sugar, artificial flavours or concentrates. Bilpin cider uses only the freshest fruit from Bilpin and the surrounding region and believes nothing beats the natural taste and aroma of real Blue Mountain fruit.
After tasting the wonderful Bilpin ciders, the tour then travel to Ambermere restaurant located in Hartley where you will delight in wine tasting from wines produced in the Blue Mountains and the Central Tableland region. Here is where we have lunch and enjoy a locally produced produce platter.

This Cider & Wine Tour commences at 9.30am and finishes at approximately 5.30pm. Pick up and drop off from Wentworth Falls through to Mt Victoria from your accommodation is available and the cost is AU$190 per person (minimum of 2 people).
